These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Unbias Labs's Website and the purchase of our B2B consulting services, located at https://www.getunbias.com.

By accessing this website and/or purchasing our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Unbias Labs if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

All diagnostic reports, frameworks, and methodologies delivered by Unbias Labs are for internal company use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged as a commercial service.

1. Description of Services & Purchasing Unbias Labs provides automated diagnostic audits, behavioural science reports, and digital growth advisory services (including Measurement Reviews, Custom Gem & Workflow Creation, Executive Workshops, and Fractional Head of Experimentation).

  • Prerequisites: We operate under a strict "Diagnose before Prescribing" methodology. Our Growth Infrastructure Add-Ons are exclusively available to clients who have first completed a Funnel Audit or 90-Day Funnel Tracking engagement. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any Add-On purchase if this prerequisite is not met.

  • Payments & Delivery: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. As our products consist of immediate digital intelligence (PDF reports), proprietary IP, and reserved advisory time, all B2B purchases are final and non-refundable once the auditing process has begun or the first report has been generated. For the 90-Day Funnel Tracking, the one-off fee secures capacity for a full 3-month reporting cycle and is non-refundable once the initial baseline audit commences.

2. Cookies The website uses cookies to help personalise your online experience. By accessing Unbias Labs, you agree to use the required cookies. We may use cookies to collect, store, and track information for statistical or marketing purposes to operate our website. You have the ability to accept or decline optional Cookies, but required Cookies are necessary for the operation of our website.

3. Intellectual Property & License Unless otherwise stated, Unbias Labs and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Unbias Labs. This includes, but is not limited to, our proprietary 50+ cognitive bias database, our scoring algorithms, PDF report templates, and training frameworks. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Upon purchasing an audit or service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered reports, custom GPTs, and AI workflows for your own internal business purposes. You must not:

  • Copy, republish, or resell material or reports from Unbias Labs.

  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material, custom GPTs, or Gemini workflows from Unbias Labs.

  • Redistribute our proprietary frameworks to third-party agencies for commercial gain.

4. Hyperlinking to our Content Approved organisations (such as search engines, news organisations, and B2B directories) may link to our Website so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site. We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website.

5. Client Implementation & Content Liability Unbias Labs acts strictly as a strategic advisor. We provide hypotheses, wireframes, and behavioural frameworks based on our diagnostic engine. You are solely responsible for the technical implementation, coding, and deployment of these recommendations on your own website. We shall not be held responsible for any content or technical errors that appear on your Website following our audit.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability Behavioural science, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and conversion rate optimisation are inherently experimental. While our frameworks are evidence-based, Unbias Labs does not guarantee any specific financial outcome, increase in conversion rate, or revenue uplift.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of our services. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

  • Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or

  • Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort, and for breach of statutory duty. Unbias Labs shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss of revenue, profit, or data resulting from the implementation of our audit recommendations.

7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
